Trust International Launches Chinese Language Central
Reservation System for Hotels


Latest Asian Language Version of yourVoyager CRS Confirms Increasing Investment in China 


Singapore - Frankfurt -February 14, 2012Trust International’s popular yourVoyager Central Reservation System (CRS) for hotels is now available in Chinese, making it the only Chinese language CRS available for both domestic and international reservations that offers full end-to-end capabilities and the ability to handle multi-byte characters throughout the entire workflow - from rate entry into the CRS to Chinese bookings flowing to the PMS.
 
With the new Chinese language version, Trust has adapted its systems to reflect the needs and special requirements of the Asian market. And even though online travel bookings in China are doubling each year, they are still at a quite low volume of tens of thousands of bookings. Double-digit growth is expected until at least 2015. This will bring online travel bookings in China to nearly US$8 billion. (PhocusWright study)

Chinese hotel groups and hotel groups with Chinese partners now can fully rely on their Chinese version of the technically advanced yourVoyager CRS.  Trust’s yourVoyager fully supports multi-byte character sets that enable data entry and content display in Chinese throughout the system. Trust’s booking engine is not only translated into Chinese (as is the case for other CRS companies), but it is fully end-to-end Chinese compatible, able to store and process complete bookings, store descriptions of hotels, rooms, rates, policies, etc., in Chinese.  Trust’s fully customized booking solution includes all features adapted for local Chinese requirements, fully supports Chinese payment processing methods (such as Union Pay, and processing via local payment shops and manual methods common in China) and provides complete Chinese user manuals for all modules of yourVoyager CRS.
 
yourVoyager is easy for Chinese sales staffs to use and eliminates the need for English translators to obtain data and information from the CRS.   In addition, yourVoyager supports non-Chinese hotels accessing the growing Chinese outbound market, translating guest details, when needed, for hotels with no Chinese knowledge.
 
yourVoyager provides the following features for hotels:
  • Enhanced intuitive usability and clear navigation supported by contextual online help. Links to other applications or information to enable easy inclusion in the yourVoyager portal
  • Fully customizable – white label version customizable for hotel groups
  • Fully flexible in functionality allowing hotels to create different versions of yourVoyager for different user groups, i.e. reservation department or revenue management team
  • Multi-lingual application -- all screens and help pages are translated in the chosen language
  • Performance dashboard - the group or the hotel can choose to implement additional information, such as performance and message dashboards, with key performance indicators at a glance and quick communication with member hotels
  • Easy-to-use graphical user interface enables hotels to continue to benefit from an advanced central reservation platform and design a hotel’s very own tool set that supports their day-to-day needs.
A few months ago, Trust launched its new Internet booking engine Trust|GuestBooker in multiple languages, including traditional and simplified Chinese, along with enhanced design and conversion capabilities, new features and other improvements.
