Trust International Raises the Bar for Hotel Internet Booking Engines
with Trust|Guest Booker


User-friendly Trust|GuestBooker is industry’s most feature-rich engine


Frankfurt - October 17, 2011 – Hoteliers have asked for a fast, simple-to-use, intuitive booking engine and Trust International has delivered a brand new engine that redefines the entire concept. Trust International (Trust) on October 18th, launches Trust|GuestBooker, the booking engine with enhanced design and conversion capabilities, new features and other improvements that, until now, have existed only on hoteliers’ wish lists.  Trust will roll out the system to hoteliers over the upcoming months.
 
In response to hotelier requests, Trust|GuestBooker’s new features include:

  • Google Map integration with real time rates and availability,
  • full packaging options,
  • built-in rich multimedia support,
  • an intelligent availability calendar,
  • integrated room upgrades,
  • integrated AB testing
  • dedicated rate and packaging landing pages, and
  • hotel and chain level configuration portal.

Trust|GuestBooker has undergone comprehensive usability testing to ensure that the booking process
is both intuitive and designed to convert well. The Leading Hotels of the World was one of Trust’s customers that participated in the development and testing. They defined the following as highlights of the new booking engine for their properties:
  1. Hotel can have multiple booking engine designs live simultaneously enabling co-branding of pages for partners and travel agents
  2. Extensive merchandising options, including the ability to add promotional banners leading to rate or campaign specific landing pages
  3. Secure web-based back office enables loading of your own dynamic packaging, and changing content, design and configuration in real time
  4. Shoppers can quickly narrow their search results by using filters, sorting options by price, rate or room type as well as price sliders to find the right room and rate combination.
  5. Lowest rate availability calendar can display details of actual rate restrictions and can also be displayed for specific rates
  6. Room upgrades can now be offered to shoppers and linked to rates or room types so that an upgrade is only offered when it meets specific rules
  7. Guests can add multiple room bookings into one reservation record. Multiple rooms can be booked with different occupancies and different date ranges, saving the shopper time when building an itinerary or booking a number of different rooms
  8. Unlimited images and videos can be displayed in Trust|GuestBooker against room or rates to ensure the best impression of the hotel with shoppers
  9. Improved dynamic packaging allows creation of a date range for a package to display and also add blackout periods for when you don't want it to display.
