End-To-End CRS/CRM Solution
Sees Improved Sales, Guest Interaction, Campaign Management, Efficiency

Frankfurt and Cologne, Germany – February 5, 2009 – A vanguard in the hospitality industry, Dorint Hotels & Resorts moved beyond simply empowering their hotels with the best in distribution technology, instead choosing a holistic approach by partnering with Trust International to integrate two critical system components, Trust’s full suite of central reservation services, Voyager|CRS, and Trust’s fully integrated customer relationship management toolset of tools, Discovery|CRM, a product suite provided by Serenata Intraware. As a result, Dorint has benefited from outstanding new options in distribution, profile management and campaign management that are boosting sales and, at the same time, allow better guest recognition and guest satisfaction.

In addition to channel connectivity and advanced distribution options, this new platform includes the provision of an Internet Booking Engine (IBE) for Dorint´s www.dorint.com web site, an integrated commission handling module and Trust’s fully integrated Discovery|CRM solution powered by Serenata Intraware. It is a powerful example of systems integration leading to an end-to-end CRM solution catering to the needs of large hotel groups.
Guest information contained in reservation records and guest profiles is delivered from many sources to Voyager|CRS, from where it is distributed to the property management system (PMS) and central CRM platform, where it is then available to other CRM applications for reporting, campaign designs, ROI tracking, Loyalty or SFA tools.
