Bharat Hotels� Selects Trust International as Enterprise CRS for Worldwide
Distribution Channels for The Grand Group/Lalit Hotels



New Delhi, India and Frankfurt, Germany � November 19, 2008 � Trust International announces that Bharat Hotels is its newest central reservation system (CRS) hotel client.  Bharat Hotels has operated well-known luxury properties throughout India under �The Grand� banner and is currently rebranding them as �The Lalit� (www.TheLalit.com) Under the newly established contract, Bharat will use the Voyager|CRS, Trust�s central reservation system, - one of the industry�s most reliable and comprehensive web-based CRSs - as its enterprise CRS to power all channels of distribution.  Bharat Hotels will use the new chain code �LJ� in all four GDS.

Bharat Hotels is a leading hotel company headquartered in New Delhi, India. The company currently operates 14 luxury hotels, with more than 3600 rooms in the five-star deluxe segment.  Seven additional hotel projects are under construction to open in 2008-2009, and the company has its sights on expanding next into Hyderabad, Pune and other key locations in India.

Trust�s service will improve real time access to booking information, reduce the potential for human error and increases room availability - all key features as many travel websites and tour operators are eager to book customers into Bharat�s well known luxury properties.  Trust�s service will include the latest functionalities for the GDSs, such as Alternate Property, which lists alternate hotels of the same hotel group in the requested destination, or Total Pricing, which provides the total cost, inclusive of all known taxes, surcharges and extra option pricing within one display.  Trust will establish two-way interfaces that allow the fully automated exchange of rates, room inventory and reservation information between Bharat�s properties using the Opera PMS (property management system) and Trust�s Voyager|CRS.
