FRANKFURT -- 24 September, 2009 -- Hotels� difficult task of offering the best rate while balancing the need for flexibility just got a lot easier thanks to Trust International�s new Complete Rate program which automates rate maintenance. Trust�s new Complete Rate program is a comprehensive set of powerful rate maintenance tools which offers the industry�s most flexibility; supports hotel companies� wide array of strategies to maintain, control or adjust contracted and public flexible rates in the central reservation system (CRS); and disseminates them to the various distribution systems. Mindful of the complexity of hotel rate strategies and rate loading, Trust International over the past two years has developed the Complete Rate program, which includes recently added functionality on Voyager|CRS that further enhances the rate loading system and supports the different options for rate loading specific to each hotel�s strategy. Leading Hotels of the World partner hotels are some of the first Trust International customers making use of numerous ways in which rates can be structured and linked to reduce maintenance effort. For example: A hotel is able to link all of its rates using a flat amount or percentage to a single set rate such as a BAR or LAR, or perhaps link them to a rate that is recommended by a revenue management system (RMS) or to the lowest public rate for each day. This way, by simply adjusting that single rate, Trust�s system automatically adjusts all the linked rates using the hotel�s proprietary rate strategies, streamlining it at the daily operational level for the hotel staff.
