Trust International Completes Implementation of yourVoyager CRS
with All Customers in Record 8 Months


Frankfurt -  May 19, 2010 – Within eight months of introducing yourVoyager centralized reservation system (CRS), Trust International has successfully completed the implementation of its new CRS system with all of its hotel group customers in record time.  Thanks to the commitment of the customers and detailed planning with the Trust implementation team, Trust International transitioned more than 60 international hotel groups from the former Voyager Hotel CRS to the superior CRS technology of yourVoyager that individually adapts to hotel chains’ requirements.
 
With this upgrade completed, Trust International hotel groups are now able to control and maintain their hotel rates and content even more dynamically to deliver a powerful competitive advantage. 
 
yourVoyager provides the following features for hotels:
  • Enhanced intuitive usability & clear navigation supported by contextual online help. Links to other applications or information to enable easy inclusion in the yourVoyager portal
  • Fully customizable – white label version customizable for hotel group.
  • Fully flexible in functionality allowing hotels to create different versions of yourVoyager for different user groups, i.e. reservation department or revenue management team
  • Multi-lingual application - All screens and help pages are translated in the chosen language.
  • Performance dashboard - The group or the hotel can choose to implement additional information such as performance and message dashboards - with key performance indicators at a glance and quick communication with member hotels.
  • Graphical user interface without the need to migrate to a new system – enables hotels to continue to benefit from the advanced reservation platform of Voyager|CRS while designing a hotel’s very own tool set that supports you day by day.
