Momentum Accelerates in 2010


Maistra Hotels and Resorts and Jurys Inn newest hotel customers implemented in 2010


Frankfurt, Germany, 10 March, 2010– Trust International today at the ITB Conference announced the successful implementation of yourVoyager CRS for Maistra Hotels & Resorts (www.maistra.com), marking a continuing growth of its customer base.  The announcement comes on the heels of the news of Jurys Inn’s addition to Trust’s client portfolio last week. Croatian luxury hotel brand Maistra Hotels & Resorts selected Trust International to provide revenue-generating CRS services via Trust’s yourVoyager™ CRS and it chose The Private Label Company for professional marketing and sales services.
 
With Maistra and Jurys Inn as Trust’s first new clients in 2010 and the launch of Trust|Mobile, Trust continues the success story of 2009 into 2010.  Trust signed and implemented 14 new customers on the yourVoyager CRS in 2009 to producing a net gain for the year.  Trust´s business year 2010 is already off to a strong start with the first new customers implemented and more new customer announcements expected in the coming weeks.  Additionally, Trust has announced new interfaces in PMS and IDS channels, and a clear road map of mobile technologies, booking engine enhancements and new yourVoyager CRS applications for the next months.

  • Launch of the new yourVoyager CRS featuring innovative technologies and latest tool sets, plus additional enhancements and functionalities delivered free to Trust customers;
  • Addition of Catalan, Greek and Norwegian language functionalities in the Trust|Booker Internet booking engine, further expanding Trust’s rich array of internationally important language capabilities;
  • Additional direct connect services to PMS and IDS channels via partnerships with RateTiger, HBsi, Agylisys, EasyRMS, Wego, Makemytrip and many more;
  • Expansion of the Trust Asia/Pacific operation
  • Expanded presence in UAE markets with local support provided through Mezze Associates.
  • A new partnership with IFH Institute for Hospitality Management for training to optimize revenue management.
