(BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – May 26, 2016) – Dr. Bryan K. Williams, the leading expert on customer service, recently announced the launch of the B.W. Leadership Academy, a two-day event that focuses on making the attendee a stronger, more effective leader.

“For the past ten years I’ve worked with leaders from hundreds of organizations in over twenty industries to improve their organizational effectiveness and in nearly every situation the change started with the leaders,” said Williams. “Strong leaders lead successful organizations and in today’s business environment it’s critical that we begin to grow the future generation of strong leaders. The B.W. Leadership Academy will focus on making the attendee the leader they are meant to be.”

According to Williams, the target attendees are strong mid-managers and those who are close to becoming senior leaders.

The B.W. Leadership Academy is not a typical conference because it’s not just about leadership … it’s about the individual leader. The attendee is fully engaged every step of the way, which begins when an executive coach is assigned immediately after registration to work with the participant both pre- and post-Academy. Each participant will also take the Gallup StrengthsFinder online assessment and complete a customized leadership action plan.

About Dr. Bryan K. Williams

Dr. Bryan K. Williams, founder of BW Enterprise, is a high-energy, dynamic keynote speaker, consultant, author and a noted authority on service excellence, purpose-driven leadership and organizational effectiveness. Over the past ten years Bryan has worked closely with senior leaders to provide consulting, leadership and training expertise to hundreds of organizations in over 20 industries ranging from Healthcare to Luxury Hotels throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
