PARK CITY, UTAH (April 10, 2024)Pendry Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Kevin Lee to the role of executive chef of Pendry Park City. Chef Lee’s refined culinary skill set will contribute greatly to a reinvigorated experience across all culinary concepts at the contemporary Park City Mountain resort.

As executive chef of Pendry Park City, Lee will oversee menu development, ingredient sourcing, culinary education and development for the resort’s signature Japanese American steakhouse, KITA, as well as the resort’s two lounge concepts, Aprés Pendry and The Pool House.

“Kevin has already made such a positively notable impact on the resort, introducing new menu concepts and inspiring a refreshed commitment to delivering memorable culinary experiences at every touchpoint of the hotel experience,” said John Rolfs, general manager of Pendry Park City.

Originally from South Korea, Lee emigrated to the United States at sixteen and began his culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu. Lee has since gone on to lead the culinary teams at a number of hotels and renowned restaurants in Los Angeles, including Makani, where he led the opening in 2018, The Line Hotel, The Aster Hotel, and more. Additionally, he served as the executive chef at elite hospitality groups Michelin Star Restaurant Group, Centeno Hospitality and Citrin Hospitality.
