LEESBURG, VA –Kevin Blake, has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage for Lansdowne Resort located in Leesburg, Virginia. Blake is an accomplished chef, certified sommelier, and food and beverage executive with demonstrated success managing high level operations at world class destinations.
Blake, a seasoned hospitality veteran, has over 30 years of experience joining most recently from Creighton Farms in Middleburg, VA. His extensive career includes back of the house experience as Chef with Congressional Country Club and front of the house as Director of Food and Beverage with Fairmont Hotels, Destination Hotels, Lansdowne Resort, Salamander Resort and Spa, Boar’s Head Inn, Wild Dunes Resort and Fairmont Hotels.

Blakes education includes executive courses from Cornell University and the Darden School of Business.
Blake and his wife currently live in Ashburn, where they are empty nesters after raising seven children.
