A proven leader in the food & beverage industry, Wisely previously served as the executive chef of Amara Cay Resort, the sister property of Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina. In his new role, Wisely will oversee the day-to-day operations of the culinary program at Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina including the three onsite restaurants, Ciao Hound Italian Kitchen & Bar, Tiki Bar and the soon-to-reopen Raw Bar.

Wisely brings more than 19 years of culinary experience in the culinary scene of the Florida Keys and has held multiple leadership positions at a number of notable eateries, including Kavio Grill + Sushi, Cheeca Lodge & Spa and The Islamorada Fish Company. Before joining Amara Cay Resort, Wisely served as executive chef at Green Turtle Inn.
A casual eatery, Ciao Hound Italian Kitchen & Bar features classic Italian comfort food that pairs the iconic flavors of Tuscany with fresh Keys-sourced ingredients.
