ATLANTA, GA – August 10, 2021  – The Carver Companies, North America’s largest task force agency with over 3,000 independent consultants, recently increased their bandwidth by adding new National Account Managers Jennifer Goodwell, Bryon Bartlett and Keesla Blay-Miezah, as well as Accounting Manager Tammy James, and  Marketing and Social Media Manager Faiz Aly.

In their new positions, the national account managers will help pair consultants with the increasing needs of hotel clients.

Jennifer Goodwell has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry as a sales leader for multiple brands. She’s familiar with the lifestyle of task force work, having spent the last seven years as a task force consultant. Goodwell’s knowledge of both the client and consultant side of the industry makes her a powerful addition to the Carver Companies. In her new position, she will manage a niche group of clients, and also handle assignment extensions for consultants.

Bryon Bartlett most recently worked with Randstad Staffing, but he began his hospitality career as a night auditor. Familiar with both the staffing industry and the demands of being manager on duty, Bartlett will be using his combined experience to focus on the increasing demand for heart of the house staffing, as well as working with new clients.

Keesla Blay-Miezah joins the team with more than 15 years of combined experience in the hotel, family gaming entertainment, and hospitality-related industries. After spending a year as a task force consultant, she is well versed in clients’ expectations and will draw from her own experiences as a task force sales leader. Blay-Miezah has already begun working with new and existing clients and brings her own network into the Carver Task Force pool.

The Carver Companies’ new accounting manager, Tammy James, brings her strong accounting and IT background to the team. She’s currently in SalesForce training and will be certified later this year. James, a former chef who specialized in pastry baking, looks forward to combining her knowledge from her previous hospitality career with her accounting administrative expertise in her new role.

The team’s new marketing and social media manager, Faiz Aly, has showcased his talent in social media and graphic arts over the past year working with the Carver Companies. He manages communications with hotel partners, brands, management companies and consultants.  A self-published author of one of the top-rated books on Apple’s platform, Aly has experience working creatively with multiple forms of media. In the past few months, he has evolved the Companies’ branding to match the increasing need to reach more consultants from all arenas.
