Aspire honored internationally for innovation 13 consecutive years

PHOENIX – Passionate, inspirational, collaborative. That’s what drives Aspire’s innovative approach to workplace leadership development — and it’s what has led the boutique Phoenix agency to a 13th consecutive nomination as Most Innovative Company of the Year in the 15th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business honor worldwide women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run. Aspire’s visionary leader Renie Cavallari is in line for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award during the gala event at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel Nov. 16.

Aspire is being recognized for its dynamic work in frugal innovation — thinking differently about how the companies we work with leverage their valuable resources, whether budget, materials, bandwidth or time.

"We embrace the mindset of frugal innovation and teach our clients this process of thinking differently about their business by engaging them to repurpose current resources for growth. It is the human element where real innovation lies and this has been our focus for over 20 years,” Cavallari said. “Our approach to frugal innovation views constraints not as liabilities but as opportunities to rethink how to solve difficult business problems."

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for Stevie Awards in more than 90 categories. Aspire is a Finalist in the Most Innovative Company category.

Cavallari is proud of her team's consistent accomplishments in innovation. "True innovation happens by awakening the potential of people. With cultural and behavioral shifts, there is no limit to what we can frugally innovate together."
