Renie Cavallari, Founder and CEO of Aspire, honored internationally for a Stevie 15 consecutive years

“Outrageous! A Dynamo! A Change Innovator!” These are some ways people refer to Aspire and The RCI Institute’s Founder & Chief Instigator, Renie Cavallari, who has brought imaginative, innovative, & productive change to the international business community. This is what has led Renie and Aspire, a global sales training, strategic consulting, and leadership development firm, to their 15th consecutive Stevie® Award.

This year an extraordinary honor. In celebration of their 25th anniversary, Renie has been recognized for Lifetime Achievement in Business with a silver award.

The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Wednesday, December 9.  Registration for the ceremony is now on sale.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year.

Over the past 25 years, Aspire’s innovative training programs have impacted more than 5,000 businesses in 11 countries. Through its innovative learning, strategic marketing, leadership training, and cultural alignment programs, Aspire helps organizations maximize market share and revenues, re-energize sales, improve employee performance and produce powerful results.

After decades of research and working hands-on with high-performance organizations to help them unleash the full human potential hidden within their employees, Cavallari found a clear correlation between how we think, perform and unlock our potential. In her upcoming book, HeadTrash, she deep dives into what she believes to be the leading killer of human potential, the little taunting voice in our heads that doubt, shame, and erode our confidence and effectiveness.

“Renie’s passionate belief in awakening human potential has helped so many people, from all walks of life, positions, and industries raise their bar. As a true disruptor of the status quo, her grasp on business strategy and opportunity identification sets her apart in a world of sameness”, states JC Thompson, COO of Aspire.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 business professionals around the world, working on seven juries.
