Cottage Grove, MN (January 28, 2018) – TravelNet Solutions, a provider of integrated technology and solutions for the Hospitality Industry, as well as parent Company to and TRACK Hospitality Software, today announced the opening of a new office for sales and support in Orlando, Florida, as well as the addition of three key executives to the TravelNet leadership team.

Kevin Anderson, Director of Human Resources, joins TravelNet Solutions as a seasoned leader in Human Resources within the Tech sector, with more than 15 years of experience at companies including Cargill, Merrill Corporation Datasite, and Digital River. As Director of Human Resources, Kevin will be leading an aggressive hiring growth plan as TravelNet builds on to a successful 2018 in which the company saw the addition of over 35 new employees.

Jennifer Manwaren joins TravelNet Solutions as Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for all operations, customer success and fulfillment across TravelNet Solutions’ portfolio of products and services. In her role, she will oversee the operations in the Digital Marketing Services division, as well as the TRACK product suite, including TRACK Pulse, TRACK PMS, and TRACK CRM. Jennifer brings with her more than 16 years of leadership experience, most recently serving for four years as the Senior Director of Global Operations for the MyCommerce division of Digital River, a multi-billion dollar e-commerce and technology company.

Zak Mountassir has also joined TravelNet Solutions as Vice President of Software Sales and is responsible for leading global sales for the TRACK Hospitality Software suite of products. Zak brings over 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry and has helped leading Hotels, Resorts, and Management Groups to increase revenues and streamline operations through integrated Marketing, CRM and Contact Center solutions.

Zak will be leading Software Sales from the new Orlando office location.

Prior to TravelNet Solutions, Zak was a Director of Sales for NAVIS and previously had experience as Vice President of Sales for 360 Global Hospitality Solutions as well as a consultant for the leading premium reservation call center, Travel Outlook.

The new office location in Orlando will support a growing outside sales and customer success organization with a footprint in a key market.
