February 20, 2020 – Vancouver, BC – Rubika Narula has recently joined RoomKeyPMS as a new Trainer and Implementation Specialist.

Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Rubika spent most of her early years living in different countries and experiencing different cultures. After having lived in Uganda, Sweden, Ethiopia, and India, she made the move to Vancouver in 2007, and ventured into the Tourism and Hospitality industry. With experience ranging from smaller properties like the Howard Johnson to top-notch luxury at the Shangri-La Hotel, she held various progressive roles, worked in almost every department, and quickly became a seasoned professional.

Over the past several years, Rubika has actively taught Tourism, Hospitality, and Business courses at local colleges, with additional emphasis on service training, leadership skills, and personal and professional development. This expertise in education paved her path to RoomKeyPMS, where she will continue her journey in training and hotel management as a Trainer and Implementation Specialist.

“Rubika’s experience working in various positions in hotels combined with her passion for education will be a tremendous addition to the Training and Implementation Team” said William Tam, Training Manager at RoomKeyPMS.

Along with being a well-established hospitality expert in Vancouver, Rubika is also a yoga teacher, a career coach, an avid traveler, and a self-proclaimed sci-fi/comic book nerd.
