Miami, Florida — The St. Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Terrance Kelly as Market Director of Sales and Marketing. In his role, Terrance will also oversee W Miami. With 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Terrance brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at the beloved property.

Terrace Kelly joins The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and W Miami from Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, where he served as the Director of Sales and Marketing. During his tenure, the resort achieved remarkable success, garnering prestigious awards such as the Forbes Five Star Award, 1 Michelin Star, and the Wine Spectator award. Prior to this, Terrance served as the Director of Sales for Four Seasons Nevis and Four Seasons Punta Mita, while based in Miami.  Under his leadership, his team achieved significant milestones, including the completion of thousands of prospecting activities, a substantial increase in group rates, and the securing of nearly $20 million in business since the outbreak of the pandemic. Notably, his team at Four Seasons was honored with the title of Hotel Sales Team of the Year. Terrance’s career in hospitality began with several operational and sales positions at Four Seasons Atlanta and Four Seasons Miami. During his seven combined years in Atlanta and Miami, he earned recognition as a three-time President’s Club Winner and Four Seasons Americas Sales Manager of the Quarter. Terrance holds a Business Degree from Georgia State University.
