The Ritz-Carlton Central Park, New York – the iconic property located in Midtown Manhattan – is delighted to announce the appointment of Megan Ferguson as their new Director of Sales and Marketing. Stepping into the role on January 22, 2024, Megan brings more than two decades of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality to this position.

In her role, Megan will work closely with operations and sales & marketing teams and will be responsible for successfully driving top line revenues across all segments.

Most recently, Megan was Director of Sales at Lotte New York Palace – a role she held for eight years – where she was responsible for the sales & catering team. Having first joined in 2011, when it was a part of Dorchester Collection, Megan oversaw the hotel being bought by a private equity firm and going through a $200M renovation, before it was purchased by Lotte Hotels & Resorts in 2015. Notable achievements include consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets throughout her career and forming strong customer relationships. Prior to this, she worked for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where she held the role of Global Sales Manager, overseeing key financial accounts, entertainment accounts and the New England markets for the brand.

In 2022, Megan won the Frank W. Berkman Tourism Award for Sales Executive of the Year, at the HSMAI NYC Chapter, and most recently she was named a 2023 Women in Tourism Honoree, for Hotel Management, by City Guide.
