NEW YORK, N.Y. – Situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at Madison Avenue and 46th Street, The Roosevelt Hotel is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Bustos to Director of Digital Marketing. Bustos joined The Roosevelt Hotel in March 2011 as Revenue Manager and has been serving as Director of Revenue Management since 2013. In his new role, Bustos will be responsible for managing the hotel’s digital spending and marketing efforts to drive website traffic and booking sales through online marketing initiatives.

Bustos graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2006 with a degree in business administration and management. Prior to joining The Roosevelt Hotel, he served as front office manager and assistant front office manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he oversaw phone reservations, room assignments and fulfilled requests for special services, such as meetings or catered events. Throughout his career tenure at The Roosevelt Hotel, Bustos has proven the ability to lead overall revenue efforts during difficult economic times after spearheading a variety of projects, which include changing the hotel’s central reservations system, upgrading digital online marketing efforts and establishing new pricing and revenue management strategies.
