Irvine, Calif. (November 30, 2017) – Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kenneth Jacques as general manager of the AC Hotel® New Orleans Bourbon. In his new role, Jacques will manage the daily operations of the hotel, including recruiting, hiring and training of all personnel. He will also oversee bringing to life AC Hotels by Marriott’s innovative and elevated guest experience, catering to the modern business traveler.

With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, Jacques most recently served as general manager at Marriott’s Moxy New Orleans property where he was awarded General Manager of the Year in 2016. Before joining Moxy New Orleans, Jacques held several management and leadership positions at The Westin New Orleans Canal Place, Loews New Orleans Hotel, W Washington D.C. and W New Orleans. He was also recognized as Manager of the Year on multiple occasions during his time at these properties. A New Orleans native and Louisiana State University graduate, Jacques’ educational background includes additional certifications in lifestyle hospitality programs.
