Mr. Rosenberg has more than twenty-five years of experience in architecture and real estate development-related fields and is a licensed Architect in 24 states and the District of Columbia. His design experience includes hotels, restaurants, retail centers, office buildings, and institutional projects. He received a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida; a Masters of Architecture from the University of Maryland; and a Master of Science in Real Estate, focusing on development, from Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Shanahan is an accomplished interior designer with more than twenty years of professional design experience. As Managing Director of Design at HVS Design, she oversees and manages the design team as well as creates exceptional designs for the firm’s hospitality projects. In addition to hospitality, Ms. Shanahan has extensive experience with commercial, industrial, health care, assisted living, and residential projects.
