Hotel AKA Washington Circle welcomes Ellen Yin, founder and co-owner of High Street Hospitality Group, to operate the remarkable dining experience at a.kitchen+bar. Expanding upon the success of their collaboration at AKA Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, where Yin’s High Street Hospitality Group operates a.kitchen and a.bar, this marks the third exciting partnership between AKA and the renowned restaurateur. The a.kitchen+bar at Hotel AKA Washington Circle will showcase a hyper-seasonal menu of American-inspired small plates created by Executive Chef Eli Collins.
