The twice-monthly limited series launches with an exclusive interview featuring industry icon Leland “Lee” Pillsbury, founder of Thayer Lodging and managing director of travel venture capital firm Thayer Ventures. In the first episode, Pillsbury speaks candidly on topics including the rise of the Metaverse, the invention of the discipline of revenue management and the Internet in the 1990s, and how in the 1980s he revolutionized how guests pay their bills in hotels.
