Vik Retreats are delighted to announce the appointment of Virginia Contreras as General Manager of Vik Chile and Puro Vik in Millahue, Chile. Contreras’s appointment comes at an exciting time, as the property debuts La Piu Belle Rosé, the newest addition to VIK Winery’s family of wines.

With over twenty years of experience in travel and hospitality, Contreras brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role at Vik Chile. She joins the beloved property from Awasi – Relais & Chateaux in Chile where she spent the past eleven years climbing the ranks and gaining exceptional expertise and insight into the luxury marketplace. In her most recent role, she served as Hotel Operations Manager. She has also held positions as Assistant Manager at Las Balsas Relais & Chateaux in Neuquén, Argentina, and as an Airport Agent for American Airlines in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contreras attended Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she received her Bachelor’s degree.
