La Jolla, CA) February 15, 2023 – The La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club (LJBTC) today announced the appointment of Leila Ginsburg as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In her new role, she’ll manage all sales and marketing initiatives for the renowned club’s four properties including the 90-room beachfront resort, the iconic Marine Room restaurant and Lounge at The Marine Room, the 128-room La Jolla Shores Hotel, and the casual, oceanfront The Shores Restaurant.

Before joining La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Leila served as the sales and marketing leader at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley and is intimately familiar with the La Jolla market having served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hotel La Jolla, Curio Collection by Hilton for more than three years. A New York native, her sales and marketing acumen were honed at positions working in roles at Hilton properties in Atlanta, New York City, and other major cities on the East Coast.

LJBTC also announced the hiring of Niki Ellis as Director of Catering & Conference Services. In her new role, Niki is responsible for developing and executing catering initiatives for corporate business and social events. She’ll also help to manage the club’s large, prestigious events. Prior to joining LJBTC, Niki was the Director of Operations at Downtown Works and also served in special events management roles at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Rancho Valencia, and Maderas Golf Club.
