The five-star property offers 284 rooms including 20 suites decorated with woods and natural fibers, showcasing a color palette that ranges from neutral beige and rich brown to burnt orange. All rooms feature designer furniture, local artwork and high-tech conveniences, creating a chic yet calming space to retreat and unwind, overlooking the sea, tropical gardens, and swimming pools.

Dining at Tivoli La Caleta is a celebration of worldwide gastronomy with menus carefully curated by Olivier da Costa, the well-known Portuguese chefpreneur, who operates 27 restaurants worldwide in destinations including São Paulo, Lisbon, Rome and Bangkok. The hotel features three distinctive restaurants: Seen Beach Club, with its bold flavors, exotic cocktails, and vibrant seafront setting; Yakuza, which specializes in sushi ranging from the most traditional to the most inventive combinations, and Guilty, presenting an indulgent experience in a dynamic and cosmopolitan space.

Seen Beach Club is the newest and most exclusive beach club in Costa Adeje. The menu is a fusion of flavors that showcases classics like Seen Tacos and Octopus Carpaccio, as well as a wide selection of meats and the best fish of the Canary Islands.  Exotic and creative cocktails are served throughout the day.

Yakuza by Olivier offers a unique interpretation of East-Meets-West fusion, as well as the finest traditional Japanese offerings. Highlights from the menu include the Kobe Gunkan with Wagyu, Foie Gras, Confit Onion and Teriyaki, or the Kyuri Maki with Salmon, Tuna, Anchovies and Shrimp in Sweet Cucumber Leaves.

Guilty is informal, fun, and packed with unexpected delights. Here you will find the best pizza, pasta and hamburgers from lunch through dinnertime. Guests will enjoy Alma Cocktail bar in the lobby, and El Clásico Sports Bar, where live games and even livelier conversation are shared over casual bites and beverages.
