His extensive experience includes positions with industry trailblazers such as MGM Resorts International and the Hakkasan Group, where he honed his leadership skills and developed a keen understanding of the intricacies of luxury hospitality.
In addition to his professional accolades, Chance is a seasoned downhill mountain biker with a professional career spanning two decades. His dedication to excellence on and off the trails exemplifies his philosophy that “goals are the key contributor to motivation.”
