Responsible for spearheading strategic marketing tactics and sales initiatives to strongly impact revenue, Drouillard brings a specialized approach from her extensive resort experience.

As a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Drouillard is an accomplished leader in the hospitality industry and most recently served as director of operations at the Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company in Rosemary Beach, Fla. In her role as director of sales and marketing at The Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens’, Drouillard’s responsibilities include developing key sales and revenue management strategies to increase market share penetration and drive top-line revenues.

Prior to joining The Lodge and Spa, Drouillard served as general manager at Destination Club Management in Seacrest Beach, Fla., a five star oceanfront fractional property, where she managed day-to-day operations and handled all marketing efforts for the short-term rental programs and assisted real estate with fractional sales presentations. Drouillard’s additional noteworthy experience includes, Director of Sales at Marriott Bay Point Resort in Panama City Beach, Fla., Vice President, General Manager and Senior Consultant at Conference Center Consulting Group/Aberdeen Woods Conference Center, a 40-acre 230-room executive center, among other key positions.
