In his new role, Garcia will develop and implement sales initiatives and marketing strategies to generate maximum revenue and support the multidimensional property’s continued growth.

Garcia joins The Brown Palace team with more than 20 years of industry experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing, bringing proven excellence in strategic and operational development and increasing market share. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel where he was successful in reigniting group business post-pandemic, along with maximizing occupancy and revenue. Prior to that, Garcia was The Broadmoor’s Director of National Sales for the northeast and international markets, prospecting and soliciting volume and group accounts across the globe. Since beginning his career in the hospitality industry in 2002 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Garcia has received more than a dozen awards recognizing his achievements.
