Vienna’s Hotel Schani Wien leverages Stayntouch PMS and Event Temple Sales & Catering Software to streamline hotel operations and event management, all while delivering best in class service

Bethesda, MD | October, 4th Austrian hotel company Schani Hotels has partnered with Stayntouch, a global leader in cloud hotel property management systems (PMS) and guest-centric technology, and Event Temple, a cloud-based hotel and venue sales and catering software provider, to power its boutique Vienna property, the Hotel Schani Wien.

The 135-room hotel chose Stayntouch as its cloud PMS partner due to its intuitive user interface, ability to create and quickly deliver custom reports, and for its fully integrated kiosk solution. Following this decision, the hotel chose Event Temple as their Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) software partner thanks to its suite of capabilities, user-friendly design, and seamless integration with Stayntouch.

As an innovative boutique leader in a busy market, the Hotel Schani Wien needed a PMS partner capable of quickly and easily integrating with other core systems, allowing the property to add new capabilities in the future as their technology needs continue to grow and shift. Additionally, the hotel also needed a system that was quick to install and easy for team members and customers to use. Anchored in the Stayntouch PMS, the Hotel Schani Wien also adopted the company’s kiosk solution, allowing guests to check in and interact with the property on their own terms.

The Hotel Schani Wien supports three event spaces with a capacity of 140 people, and thanks to Event Temple the hotel is able to quickly and consistently create professional eDocuments, access digital templates for improving customer communications, and track the customer relationship from beginning to end, all at the behest of an interface designed for users first. Thanks to Event Temple’s best-in-class integration with Stayntouch, the onboarding process allowed for both tools to debut at the property in tandem.
