Based in Taipei, Taiwan, Russell boasts over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has a strong proven sales record in the Great China Region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and EMBA in Information Management with the National Taiwan University (NTU) as his alma mater.

Russell possesses extensive knowledge in HSIA, IPTV, POS, PMS and IT Service Management. He is well-known in the hospitality technology realm, having previously worked with recognizable industry players such Ruckus Networks, among others.
