The 176-room hotel operates as a Marriott franchise, owned by RLJ Lodging Trust of Bethesda, Maryland and managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts of Arlington, Virginia.

Suitable for hosting events for up to 175 people, the Courtyard Charleston Historic District has also updated its 7,800 square feet of flexible meeting space.
The hotel’s recent revitalization presents a complete transformation of all of the hotel’s guestrooms. All rooms now feature modern hard-surface flooring, mini-refrigerators, new mattresses for optimal sleep, plus 42-inch HDTV’s. Rejuvenated guest bathrooms include modernized LED mirrored vanities and king-rooms feature renovated walk-in showers.
