Dallas, TX — November 8, 2023Remington Hospitality, a leading hotel management company, today announces its strategic expansion into the Caribbean market. After a third quarter filled with meaningful domestic growth, the company has begun managing Croc’s Resort & Casino in Costa Rica, marking the management company’s first property in the region. Remington Hospitality is broadening its international portfolio and has also signed on to manage Autograph Sarchi in Costa Rica and two Larimar City resorts — Royal Sonesta Hotel and The James — in the Dominican Republic.

Future Caribbean Growth

Remington Hospitality continues to expand its presence in the Caribbean by signing several additional management agreements across the region, including:

  • Two hotels — The James and Royal Sonesta — in Larimar City, Dominican Republic, the Caribbean’s first smart city, and groundbreaking multi-use development

  • An Autograph hotel in Sarchi, Costa Rica

  • A luxury ecotourism project in Monte Verde, Costa Rica
