In this role, Schoninger will be responsible for generating maximum revenue through developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive sales for each unique property.

Schoninger brings over two decades of experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing to Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club. Since beginning his career, Schoninger has showcased immense strength in generating nearly $400 million in revenue for luxury hotel brands in the Caribbean and U.S., including Ritz-Carlton, Montage, Omni and Marriott, while developing and managing high-performing teams.
