Following a $40 million renovation, the boutique South Florida oasis will offer a revamped arrival experience in the lobby and upgraded accommodations, all with expanded gulf-front views throughout the property. As part of this substantial re-do, Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa will introduce all-new oversized luxury family suites with connecting room options on the rooftop level as well as poolside suites with spacious, verdant verandas. The hotel's newly designed outdoor pool features hand-crafted tiling imported from Italy, and the same artisan-quality tile was used in the enhancement of the resort's popular spa. Finally, completing this extensive renovation is the introduction of The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant, an expansive indoor/outdoor space featuring a rare Brazilian hardwood deck that serves as a design focal point for the property. A corresponding grab-and-go outlet, 560 Market, will also be unveiled.

Accommodations have been upgraded to include 16 newly designed luxury rooftop suites with sprawling waterfront views and connecting room options, as well as seven remodeled poolside suites with spacious verandas and private garden living space.

Guests and locals will be able to experience a completely reimagined restaurant concept, The Deck at 560 Bar & Restaurant. Boasting 174 indoor dining seats and 102 outdoor seats with breathtaking gulf-front views and unforgettable watercolor sunsets, the new dining destination will focus on local and sustainable seafood and produce offerings, rotating with seasonal ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Deck at 560 will provide a beach-chic atmosphere.

Executive Chef Corey Hepburn conceptualized the menus to be a distinctive destination restaurant. The Deck at 560 caters to hotel guests, visitors to Marco Island and locals with special kid-friendly amenities such as the newly installed child-size brunch bar. Patrons can expect inventive signature dishes such as the House Brined Pork Belly, steamed South Florida Clams, Filet Mignon, and the Gulf Coast Snapper. The Deck at 560 also include a craft cocktail program featuring drinks with fresh Florida citrus juices and draft brews from local Florida breweries.

Corresponding to The Deck at 560, the property will launch a new grab-and-go concept – 560 Market. Boasting an Illy coffee bar as well as a variety of gourmet sandwiches and salads, baked flatbread and pizzas and ice cream. The market will also include an assortment of candy-by-the-pound to satisfy any sweet-tooth. As guests relax on the powdery white sandy beach, The Gulf Cart – a mobile snack and beverage cart – will deliver light bites and refreshing cocktails, including a bevy of fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches, as well as craft and frozen cocktails.
