AURORA, COLO. (April 4, 2016) – Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, a Commonwealth Hotel Collection (CHC) property, announced the appointment of David Castle as the Director of Food & Beverage.

As director of food and beverage, David Castle will oversee all aspects of the property’s hotel food and beverage operation, including quality control, purchase of food and beverage products, storage, production, service delivery, cleanliness and ambience. He will also be in charge of training and quality assurance of banquets, room service, hotel bar and restaurant. With Hyatt since 2005, David has previously worked at Grand Hyatt Kaua’i Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa outside Albuquerque, New Mexico, Hyatt Regency Irvine in Orange County, California and Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.

Opening Spring 2016, the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center is located in one of Metro Denver’s rapidly developing areas, directly across from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus with close and convenient proximity to the Light Rail station.
