Tampa, Fla.  (March 8, 2017) – The Plasencia Group is pleased to announce the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Richardson hotel, located in Richardson, Texas. The firm represented Magnolia Lodging in the sale of the four-story, 125-room hotel to Mori Holdings, a private investment group.

“This exchange was advantageous for both our client and the purchaser of this property. The hotel has consistently performed well since its opening in 2008, and we anticipate that new ownership will continue to benefit from the hotel’s solid reputation,” commented Paul Williams, Vice President of The Plasencia Group.

The Hilton Garden Inn provides ideal accommodations for business and leisure travelers alike and is situated near US-75, TX-190 and the DART light rail, just minutes from the Telecom Corridor and attractions such as Eisemann Center and Breckenridge Park. The Hilton Garden Inn is also the hotel closest to the University of Texas at Dallas.
