BIRMINGHAM, Mich., (April 13, 2023) – Daxton Hotel, a modern luxury hotel located in Birmingham, Michigan,announces the appointment of Autumn Griffith as General Manager. With over two decades of hospitality experience, Griffith will oversee day-to-day operations, while also leading and managing a team of more than 150 associates.

Griffith previously held the role of Hotel Manager at Daxton Hotel and oversaw the operations team, a role in which she was instrumental in facilitating the hotel’s strategic transition to being an independently owned and operated luxury hotel. Prior to Daxton Hotel, Griffith was the Regional General Manager for PRG Hospitality Group, where she was responsible for the complete operation of two high-end boutique hotels, Sparrow’s Lodge and Holiday House in Palm Springs. Before PRG, Griffith spent nearly four years with Soho House, the exclusive private members club for creatives. She began as an Assistant General Manager at the Chicago location, and then was promoted to the General Manager of Soho House West Hollywood – one of the brand’s most iconic locations.
Griffith holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology and Environmental Geography from Ohio University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
