SANTORINI, GREECE – DECEMBER 1, 2023 – Andronis Hotels, a family-owned collection of luxury five-star hotels and villas in Athens and Santorini, today announced its expansion into Paros with the acquisition of Minois Hotel Paros. This strategic expansion aligns with the ongoing plan to extend Andronis presence to Milos, with a potential upscale establishment slated to debut, tentatively in 2025. Part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH), the most desirable community of independently spirited hotels in the world, this initiative further cements the brand’s position as the foremost independent luxury hospitality operator in Greece.

Reopening as Andronis Minois in May 2024, the stunning property in Parasporos offers a contemporary take on traditional Cycladic architecture. A vision in cubism, Andronis Minois combines the angular geometry of Paros with the unspoilt beauty of the Aegean Sea to tell a riveting design story. The narrative takes shape as emblematic white structures, reflecting the purest light, embracing lively colors and natural textures. Influences from the Spanish, French, and Italian rivieras converge, interspersed with touches of Moroccan decor. Together, these elements coalesce to embody the essence of the Mediterranean hospitality experience.

George Filippidis, Managing Director of Andronis Hotels, commented: “We are proud and excited to welcome Andronis Minois into our collection. It is one of the most unique properties on Paros and complements our existing luxury offerings on Santorini to provide our loyal guests with an expanded array of luxurious resort options for an unparalleled Andronis Hotels experience in the Cyclades. Andronis Minois will embody our brand values of delivering real, heartfelt hospitality that will leave a lasting impression on each guest’s heart and mind.”

Following an extensive renovation in 2023, the hotel offers 44 luxury suites, each accompanied by terraces and patios, ensuring each unit boasts its own distinctive features. Each room enjoys its own unique view while multi-bedroom suites feature private swimming pools. The interiors boast a rich tapestry of design elements showcasing the talent of Greek creatives. In the public spaces, guests will find a main swimming pool with a vibrant day-to-night Lounge Deck, well-stocked outdoor gym, a subterranean spa, providing a haven for profound relaxation.

Aligned with Andronis Hotels’ steadfast commitment to providing exceptional culinary experiences, the current fine-dining restaurant, OLVO, will undergo an exciting upgrade, transforming into an elevated lifestyle concept. Carved out of the hotel on a tiered landscape with jaw-dropping views of the sea, this revitalized space will bring new energy to the dining experiences on the property upon its anticipated debut this spring.

Located just over 500 feet from the water’s edge, ocean swims are a short golden-sand saunter and adventurers will enjoy the extensive activity menu from horse riding, sea diving, kite and windsurfing, water sports and more. Beyond the hotel’s confines, authentic local delicacies await in nearby villages, and discover the renowned Church of “Koimisis Theotokou” offering picturesque vistas from its basilica perched gracefully at the highest point in Naoussa.

Rates for the 2024 season begin from $400 per night. For more information on Andronis Minois and regular updates, please visit www.andronis.com.
