June 28, 2011 (Planning/Approval) On 6/7/11, the city commission voted to purchase the property, which it will then sell to the developer. April 12, 2011 (Planning/Approval) As of 4/12/11, demolition has begun. Acquisition of the site will still take a couple of months. January 18, 2011 (Contact/Confirmation) On 1/18/11, a representative from Ferguson Properties, Inc. confirmed TAAG Architects as the architect for this project. The developer is still in the process of site acquisition.
