Hotel Online Special Report Diane Parmerlee Senior Vice President–Development at Wyndham DALLAS – Sept. 20, 1999 – Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE:WYN) today announced that Diane Parmerlee has been named senior vice president—development. In her new capacity, Parmerlee will assume additional responsibility for overall development. She will help lead a multi-faceted effort, including acquisitions, new development, management contracts, asset conversions and targeted franchising to expand the Wyndham presence in major urban, suburban and resort markets. Parmerlee, who had been senior vice president—development planning, will also retain responsibility for feasibility, due diligence and underwriting for all proprietary branded hotel projects as well as other strategic transactions.

In her 10 years with Wyndham, Parmerlee, 42, has held important positions in marketing and development. An honors graduate of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Cornell University, Parmerlee holds a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration.
