JACKSON, WY (April 26, 2023) – The Cloudveil, an Autograph Collection hotel, is proud to announce the appointment of Pablo Migoya as general manager of Jackson Hole’s only luxury boutique hotel located on the historic Town Square. Bringing more than two decades of luxury hospitality experience to this role, Migoya is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the award-winning 100-room hotel nestled at the gateway of Grand Teton National Park, one hour south of Yellowstone National Park, and in the center of the town’s boutique shops, restaurants, galleries, and more.

Migoya’s impressive 25-plus-year hospitality career includes numerous award-winning hotels and marquee brands, including his most recent position as Managing Director of Hotel Hugo in New York City, consistently named among Condé Nast Traveler’s Top Hotels in the outlet’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards. During his tenure, Migoya was also an instrumental member in creating the original Thompson Hotels in 2001 alongside the ownership group, helping the brand successfully reach their goal of opening 12 hotels in 12 years.

“The Cloudveil is rooted in the destination, people, and soul of Jackson Hole, and it’s our job to create a caring place with purpose for locals, guests and employees to call home for years to come,” said General Manager Pablo Migoya. “I look forward to delivering a personal, curated guest experience while supporting the growth of our talented team into future leaders that share the property’s values of humility, honesty, integrity and engagement.”

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised and educated in the USA, Migoya has lived in a number of states, but something always called him back to Jackson Hole. He has been traveling to Jackson Hole since 2001 on a yearly basis – sometimes twice a year. “As any person that lives in Jackson Hole understands, it captures you and never lets you go,” said Migoya. “When this opportunity arose, it was a no brainer.”

In his free time, Migoya enjoys being outdoors – skiing, hiking or playing soccer – with his wife and two sons. Migoya has climbed Grand Teton several times, and most recently, Pico de Orizaba in Mexico.
