ATLANTA (February 11, 2019) – Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Butz as area managing director at Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. With 25 years of luxury hospitality experience, Butz will help deliver the highest quality service among guests and associates from an operational standpoint.

Most recently, Butz was the general manager at The Confidante Hotel in Miami. While there, he increased brand awareness, drove sales, oversaw renovations and delivered top-notch customer and client experience. Prior to that, Butz was the general manager at Grand Hyatt in Kauai, Hawaii where he managed over 900 associates and drove record top-line revenue, GOP, customer service and associate engagement scores. In all of Butz’ previous roles, he has proven to be a complex problem solver with an ability to build relationships and high-performing teams.

Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta and within the bustling Centennial Park District. Butz attended Purdue University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in restaurant and hotel management.
