Spa and Activities Booking System allows spa guests to request specific therapists, treatment rooms, and specify allergies or other attributes for their reservation.
Maestro includes guest spa and activity bookings in the reservation confirmation and includes a detailed single guest itinerary in the pre-arrival email.

Maestro’s Spa and Activities System also provides mobile booking access for guests and mobile personal scheduling for spa providers.
Personal scheduling enables therapists to see their current schedules on their handheld device and confirm appointments.
Therapists can also view details of each appointment including the type of treatment, treatment room and other important details.
The spa manager can see which staff has confirmed and acknowledged their appointments. This creates a more efficient, paperless and real-time operation.
