CHICAGO (August 25, 2015) – Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) announced its keynote speakers for the 6th Annual European Conference at the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée from 20 to 22 October 2015.

Bruce Speechley, Strategy & Transformation Leader for Travel and Transportation at IBM, will discuss the future guest experience using current and emerging technology. Speechley has over 25 years of travel industry and technology experience. He is an inaugural member of IBM’s Industry Academy representing the travel industry and recently spent 18 months working with cross-industry clients around the globe to help envision large smarter commerce solutions for the rapidly growing mobile, social and digitally-driven world.

Amitava “Chats” Chatterjee, Director, Travel, Hospitality and Leisure, Deloitte Digital, will examine the digital transformation hotel companies should consider and how they might incorporate technological advancements into their business models and operational processes to meet their guests’ expectations. Chatterjee has over 20 years of experience helping airlines, hotels, casinos, cruise lines and theme parks solve their strategic problems. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, he guides clients in implementing solutions to create differentiating transformative customer experiences and efficient employee interactions.
