Prior to joining Zoho, Mullarkey served as the chief financial officer of IGT where her contributions helped drive several successful strategic initiatives at the company. Her many accomplishments include, playing a key role in IGT’s successful share repurchase program, including the 11 million share fixed price tender offer completed in January, 2000. She also led IGT’s successful $1.0 Billion Senior Note Offering in May 1999. In addition, Mullarkey was integrally involved in the company’s acquisition of Sodak Gaming, Inc., IGT’s sole distributor in Native American markets throughout North America and the purchase of Barcrest, a U.K. gaming subsidiary, from Bass Enterprises. Mullarkey began her career with IGT in 1989 as a senior financial analyst. She was promoted to manager of corporate financial planning in 1991 and then became director of finance in 1993, before being named to her current position in 1996.
