With over two decades of experience in executive leadership, corporate development, and the hospitality industry, Mr. Minias brings a wealth of expertise to this esteemed position.

Minias’ extensive background in hospitality includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Southall in Franklin, TN, during which time he successfully oversaw the launch of an 80-room ultra-luxury boutique farm destination resort, establishing it as the best and most unique in the area and region. His leadership resulted in unmatched activities and services, showcasing his ability to motivate and guide teams to think innovatively and achieve great success.
Among his notable roles, Minias has also served as the general manager at The Hermitage Hotel, where he consistently attained Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond awards, showcasing his history of success and a proven track record within the industry including a degree in hospitality. Additional experience and successes include positions at the acclaimed San Ysidro Ranch, Bacara Resort & Spa, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and the Palace Hotel where he completed the inauguration of President Mandela in South Africa.
