Fifty-Year Best Western Member Sold to Local Partnership
Philadelphia PA, February 18, 2014 – Optimum Hotel Brokerage announced today that the firm has closed on the sale of the Best Western Genetti Inn and Suites, a select-service hotel in Hazleton, PA.. Joe McCann, Optimum’s president, was the listing hotel broker and Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker representing the seller, a family who had owned and operated the successful property for more than 50 years. Sabena Arora was the sales agent for the transaction. The buyer of the hotel was a local hotel owner and operator.
