Delray Beach, Fla.—July 18, 2023— Kolter Hospitality announced the acquisition of Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port and Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port, located in Dania Beach. The deal with Blackstone will bring a total of 292 rooms to Kolter Hospitality’s growing portfolio.

The hotels are:

Kolter Hospitality has received several accolades and awards from Hyatt including Developer of the Year, Best Project and the Strategic Partnership Award that recognizes a company for its culture, performance, and operating philosophies, along with their strong, multi-brand relationship with Hyatt.  This will be Kolter Hospitality’s 10th hotel collaboration with Hyatt, which includes Hyatt Place properties in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, St. Petersburg, Coconut Point, and West Palm Beach. Other hotels include Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale and Hyatt Regency Sarasota.
