SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (April 5, 2023) – Eagle Point Hotel Partners(EPHP), a privately held independent platform focused on hotel real estate, has partnered with Missouri-based hospitality branding and design agency, Longitude, to open a new independent boutique hotel, The Ozarker Lodge. This is the first hotel acquisition, renovation, and repositioning for this partnership between EPHP and Longitude, who have plans to expand throughout the Midwest over the next several years.

The Ozarker Lodge is the first Midwest property in EPHPs portfolio, but the company is well-known for its portfolio of unique, design-driven, independent hotels such as the Calistoga Motor Lodge in Napa Valley, Anvil Hotel in Jackson, WY, and Soundview in Greenport, NY. The partnership with Longitude, a branding and design agency with an international list of clients, brings together two creative and collaborative companies committed to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Jeremy Wells and Dustin Myers, partners at Longitude, are proud Missouri natives and excited to engage with their community and shape the future of the Ozarks. They bring a fresh aesthetic and approach to hospitality in the region, which is reflected in The Ozarker Lodge’s design and amenities.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Longitude to bring The Ozarker Lodge to life,” said Stephen Chan, Managing Partner, EPHP. “Their creativity and local insight has been invaluable in designing a hotel that reflects the unique spirit of Branson while also offering a fresh perspective on hospitality.”

Opening Summer 2023, The Ozarker Lodge will be the first true independent hotel experience in Branson, Mo. – a localized nod to the spirit and people of the Ozarks in a playful and nostalgic lodge. The Ozarker invites guests to a design-forward, approachable hospitality experience with 102 all-new guest rooms, modern amenities, outdoor event space, and electrifying experiences among the wide-open Ozark Mountains.

“We’re excited to bring our design philosophy to The Ozarker Lodge and create a hotel that brings back the nostalgia of family road trips, the thrill of outdoor adventures, and the simple charm of an evening by the creek,” said Jeremy Wells, Partner, Longitude. “Stephen and Erik have been incredible partners, and were all committed to creating a space that offers guests an experience unlike anything else in the Ozarks.”

The brand-new grand lobby is the heart of the Lodge and social hub for its guests, greeting adventure seekers, explorers, and nomads with a vintage yet modern lounge, indoor floating fireplace, and inviting community pantry and dining area. The perfect place for outdoor gatherings, The Ozarker is adorned with outdoor fire pits and soaking tubs throughout the property in addition to a new heated outdoor pool with rotating food trucks. The onsite coffee bar and mercantile shop – Storeroom – sells specialty coffee, beer and wine, branded merchandise, and local products, featuring craftsmanship from around the region.
